Okay, this album is pretty fucking stellar especially after such a strong showing as Black Holes and Revelations. There is a lot of that kind of Muse in this album, there is also more of their earlier sound. Basically this album makes Black Holes and Revelations sound more like Muse to me and less like an interstellar space opera... That being said, IF BHandR were an interstellar space opera, clearly its only the first half. Resistance would be the second. There are some surprising sounds in the album too. A lot poppier at times and then channeling Queen quite heavily.
Needless to say, i reeeaaally like this album, but its going to take a lot more listening to.
